CHRISTIAN BABISTA

Christian Babista (b. 1995) is a Manila-based visual artist with an extensive portfolio in photography and cinema. Using experimental forms and found footages, his works revolve around transcendence—memories, complexities, and the divine. His first book “When the Waves are Gone” was shortlisted for the Hong Kong Photobook Dummy Award 2023 while his other photographic work “If You Leave” can be found as a permanent collection at the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts (KMoPA).
